The production

The care for the product starts from the very beginning of the production process, that is the olive tree.
The centuries-old cultivation has 3200 olive trees, all carefully monitored by a highly professional staff.
In the Casino Re farm the old traditions are very important: when the ripening is complete, the olive fruits are manually harvested to protect all trees against damages and to preserve the olive fruits integrity.
In the following phase, a careful selection of the best olive fruits is delivered to the farm’s oil mill: the “Frantoio F.lli Feudi”. Thanks to Feudi family experience, the mill guarantees the high quality standard of all its services.
The olive oil extraction starts within eight hours from the harvest, in order to preserve the quality of the product. All extraction phases are mechanicals and take place at low temperature.
This traditional method preserves all the organoleptic and nutritional properties.
Casino Re is certified ISO 22005/08 in the traceability in the feed and food chain; it is also certified UNAPROL for “high quality olive oil”.

The Awards

The Casino Re olive oil won some of the most famous food events and many national contests, renewing his commitment to maintain an high quality of all the food products, of the work processes and the low impact on environment of the entire production. Some samples:
